1. Who We Are
Valor Health Tracker is a personal wellness tracking system operated for Mr. Positive / MrPositiveHQ use. It helps organize wellness-related information such as WHOOP activity data, weigh-ins, food logs, workout notes, and progress photos in Google Drive and Google Sheets.
2. Information We Collect
Depending on what you choose to connect or send, the tracker may collect:
- WHOOP data: sleep, recovery, strain, workouts, heart rate, HRV, resting heart rate, calories/energy estimates, and related activity records.
- Weigh-in data: body weight, body composition metrics if provided, weigh-in dates, and scale screenshots.
- Food and nutrition logs: food photos, nutrition labels, meal descriptions, estimated calories/macros, and notes.
- Workout notes: exercises, sets, reps, duration, effort, energy, mood, and how you felt.
- Progress photos: front, side, and back photos that you intentionally submit.
- Messages and commands: Telegram or bot messages used to log, correct, or retrieve your data.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information to:
- Log and organize your wellness data.
- Create daily and weekly summaries.
- Track trends over time, including weight, sleep, recovery, workouts, and nutrition consistency.
- Help you review progress and make personal wellness decisions.
- Improve the reliability and formatting of your private tracking system.
4. Health and Medical Disclaimer
Valor Health Tracker is for personal organization, reflection, and wellness tracking only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency support. Decisions about diet, exercise, medication, injury, illness, or health conditions should be made with qualified medical professionals.
5. Third-Party Services
The tracker may rely on third-party services, including:
- WHOOP: for wearable health and performance data, connected through official OAuth authorization.
- Google Drive and Google Sheets: for storing files, photos, logs, and dashboards.
- Telegram or messaging platforms: for submitting logs and receiving summaries.
- AI providers/tools: for interpreting messages, extracting data from images, summarizing entries, and formatting logs.
Each third-party service may process information according to its own privacy policy and account settings.
6. OAuth and Account Access
WHOOP access should be connected through official OAuth approval. The tracker should not ask for or store your WHOOP password. OAuth access can be revoked through WHOOP or the connected app settings where available.
7. Data Storage and Security
Data may be stored in private Google Drive folders, Google Sheets, local server storage, or secure configuration files needed to operate the integration. Access tokens and secrets should be stored outside public code repositories and should not be printed, shared, or exposed in chat logs.
8. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal wellness data. Data should not be shared externally unless you explicitly request it or approve it. Some limited processing by third-party infrastructure providers may occur when the tracker stores data, processes photos, or generates summaries.
9. Data Retention
Data is kept as long as it is useful for your personal tracking system or until you request removal. You may request deletion or archiving of specific files, logs, photos, or connected integrations, subject to backup and technical limitations.
10. Your Choices
- You can choose what data to submit.
- You can disconnect WHOOP OAuth access.
- You can ask for specific records, photos, or logs to be deleted or archived.
- You can request a copy/export of your Google Sheet or Drive records.
11. Children’s Privacy
This tracker is not intended for children under 13 and should not knowingly collect children’s personal information.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy when the tracker changes, new integrations are added, or legal/compliance needs change. The effective date above will be updated when changes are made.
